I went to this dealership to look at a used car. I liked the car but we were not able to agree on a price. No issue here, as it is a part of the process. Between one to two weeks later i was contacted by the dealership regarding the car. We communicated via text. They told me i could purchase the car at the price that I was looking for. I made sure to ask if the price includes taxes and fees, and they confirmed the price. I went to the dealership to make the purchase that weekend, dealership was a hour drive one way. Upon arrival i was told that they made a mistake and that the price they told me did not include sales tax, and it would be approximately $600 more then what i was told. Not sure if it was miscommunication on their part, or them just lying to me to bring me in. I was extremely disappointed that i was lied to and had to make the trip out there. I have texts from them confirming what they told me. I did not make the purchase, and would not recommend the dealership.

I will never recommend this dealership to anyone as a new female customer. I was treated in the most despicable way imaginable for four months the dealership refused to do what it took to get my license plates. I could not legally drive my vehicle that I purchased and the sales person did nothing to expedite the matter nor did the general manager. They were perfectly able to sleep at night while I was unable to drive my car. There was no care, remorse and no apology. It was only until I called the CEO and executives that they got off their butts. All of management in Rockville is completely incompetent and totally disrespectful to women customers!!!
