This was one of the best dealership experiences we have ever had. Even though we knew we weren't buying one of the most expensive cars, we were treated like we were. There was ZERO pressure, no rush, the entire staff was friendly (unlike competitors who acted so prestigious and as though we were beneath them). My son purchased a 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander from Ron's November, 2022. It's a nice little dealership right over the PA line. We drove 1.5 hours to get there, although I thought their dealer fees were a little pricey, this was the car my son wanted - so we purchased the car and paid cash. My son left his new charger in his trade in, after paying $21K cash, and the distance we drove to get the car, it would of been nice if Brain (our salesman) would of mailed it back to us, instead of just texting he has the charger. BUT the reason I will NEVER recommend this dealer is they do not follow through on their promises. We were promised a 2nd key, it's even written in their paperwork as an item OWED. I have contacted both Brian and Mark Levy a few times and neither have been helpful, matter of fact, they ignored my last follow up email; terrible customer service after the sale is made!!!!
