They sold me a car using autocheck not Carfax (beware of that) after buying the car if found out via Carfax it had damage/accident as well as failed emissions twice while in that dealerships ownership and wasn’t reported on autocheck nor was it told to me in good faith by this dealership. I sold the car back at a loss and now they are aware of the damage of this vehicle, I cannot believe it but they actually have this vehicle up for sale again on their lot with another autocheck report showing still none of this damage and not only that I’m second owner had it titled in my name and everything and they are passing this off as a 1 owner. Do not trust this dealership or Suntrup in general as I went up to the executive level and they were less than willing to do the right thing. This dealership is full of [non-permissible content removed] and that’s mildly speaking. They sold me a car using autocheck not Carfax (beware of that) after buying the car if found out via Carfax it had damage/accident as well as failed emissions twice while in that dealerships ownership and wasn’t reported on autocheck nor was it told to me in good faith by this dealership. I sold the car back at a loss and now they are aware of the damage of this vehicle, I cannot believe it but they actually have this vehicle up for sale again on their lot with another autocheck report showing still none of this damage and not only that I’m second owner had it titled in my name and everything and they are passing this off as a 1 owner. Do not trust this dealership or Suntrup in general as I went up to the executive level and they were less than willing to do the right thing. Clearly they’re unethical at best selling this vehicle again and this time KNOWING about the damage.
