I recently purchased a 2015 GL 350 Diesel vehicle from this dealer and I absolutely love this vehicle. We are from PA, approximately 400 miles away from this dealer and we attempted to trade in our 2009 GL and no other dealer wanted to trade in our old car. But we found a 2015 GL Diesel vehicle that we loved when we first saw it and emailed Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted. The second day a salesman, by the name of Jamie, began calling us and exchanged the info about the cars. There was a point when I was going to give up the deal, but Jamie insisted and helped us tremendously with trading in our old Mercedes and evaluating it, giving us $3,000 more than any other dealer would on our old vehicle. This was definitely the best deal we could have gotten in our old car. So we decided to take the chance and drove 400 miles one way and purchased the vehicle in no time! I found the Cadillac I purchased from them online and was a little hesitant about going to the dealership considering the vehicles sold there were not quite in my price range, frankly I was feeling a little intimidated; I went anyway and I had the best experience. The pre-owned sales manager Bill Taylor was great to us and worked out a good deal for my trade in, once home (2 hours away) I had a problem with the car that we didn't notice on the test drive, I called Bill and he had the car fixed in my area so I didn't have to drive the 4 hour round trip and be inconvenienced. I've purchased many of vehicles in the past and the level of service Bill Taylor gave was by far the best I've come across.
