I am truly grateful for the outstanding customer service. Gary Downard & Django Bruce were amazing to work with. Very professional and extremely respectful. A quick recap: I found the Jeep I wanted on Cars.com (after months of searching, I found one that checked all the boxes). The problem I ran into was, the Auto Nation that had the Jeep didn't seem to care about respect & professionalism. I never received a phone call, and the emails were short, and a "is what it is..." attitude. So, here was my dilemma; do I just go ahead and drive 2 hours away and pick up the Jeep because it's exactly what I've been looking for, even though the salesman I'd been working with (emailing back & forth) didn't seem to care enough to call, just send short (it is what it is...) emails. Honestly, I couldn't do it. So, I called another dealership (Offlease dealership, who I bought a car from in the past , to see if they can get the Jeep). As it turns out they couldn't, so I decided to try another AutoNation Dealership (much closer) and see how professional & respectful they are. I'm so very glad I did, because it was a night & day difference between the two AutoNation dealerships. My point is, the little things make all the difference, and AutoNation in Bradenton (salesman: Gary & Django) went out of their way to create a positive, respectful experience. I even went ahead and bought the extended warrenty package because of the high level of professionalism and how good I was feeling about the transaction. Thank you again. I now know who to go to for sales & service in the future.
