I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Richmond Audi, through salesperson Ken Paciocco, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wanted this car for months, but when the clutch in my previous vehicle went, the search became more pressing! What is necessary to understand is that I live in Connecticut. As I need to drive a manual transmission vehicle for a multitude of reasons, my search was fruitless in my area. I decided to open up my distance parameters, and I found this car! Ken was extremely responsive, genial, and honestly excited about the prospect of getting me in this car!! He bucked the "used car salesman" trope from the first conversation. After getting off that first call, I turned to my boyfriend and said, "I found my car!!" Ken made the process SO simple. From start to finish, it went smoothly. I really didn't think it would go off without a hitch, but it was great! We were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership, which was awesome, considering our flight was 90 min late. Ken met us right away, and my car had a big red bow on it. What every girl dreams of, lol! The finance department was able to get me an amazing interest rate, which was 16% lower than I was going to get with that horrid vending machine company! I wish I could remember the finance gentleman's name, but I'm blanking! He also made the process very smooth. In summary, I am now an Audi convert for life. When I am in the market for a new one, there is absolutely no possibility that I would go anywhere other than Richmond Audi! Bought a new A7, it was supposed to be financed in my company name. I did paperwork that way and they knew my terms. Even paid higher interest rate. 6 weeks later I find out it was financed in my name. When I found out and complained I was told to talk to Marc White’s lawyer. When I threatened to sue they showed me an arbitration agreement they slipped in deck of papers. Despicable behavior by [non-permissible content removed]. Fast forward... it’s been 5 months, the car has been out of service 31 days and counting. $93000 and it’s never been right. I think the dealer knew about the problems and sold it anyway. You’re crazy if you buy from these guys they will say anything and do anything to sell you a car.
