Purchased used car at Bell Audi, in less than a month I have a major engine problem. There was no warranty and it was purchased "as is". That being said, this type of problem should not be encountered in less than a month. As a sales tactic, the manager Albert berated all the "mom and pop" dealerships that sell garbage. This is shady and unexpected from such a fancy and highly rated dealership. We purchased here based upon reputation. Bell offered nothing to resolve the situation. Bell Audi will screw you just as fast as the other shady dealers. Extremely disappointed

Worst customer service ever!!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! I’m an Audi owner and saw a vehicle online that I wanted to trade mine in for. Sales Consultant Chris [contact info removed] told me the car was available I told him I want the vehicle and will be by after work to pick up he even told me to have insurance ready and everything I have the text message to prove it. He said, “Just shoot me a text when you’re on your way and I’ll get the car ready in the mean time”. So here I am happy to get into a new vehicle with insurance and everything ready to go. I pick up my wife my newborn son and head over to the dealership. I arrive he shows me the vehicle it’s looking good then tells me to wait for him. Even told me that the paperwork was already being worked on. Next thing you know 5 min later he tells me it was sold. I’m like are you kidding me!!! I drove all the way over here from Jersey with my newborn son and wife for you to tell me it sold. Truly the worst service ever!!!! Do not go to this dealership!!!!!!!!! See below pic so you can see his text message. I’m speechless. And of course there wasn’t nothing else done. I had to leave back home with nothing. Poor customer service.

I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Richmond Audi, through salesperson Ken Paciocco, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wanted this car for months, but when the clutch in my previous vehicle went, the search became more pressing! What is necessary to understand is that I live in Connecticut. As I need to drive a manual transmission vehicle for a multitude of reasons, my search was fruitless in my area. I decided to open up my distance parameters, and I found this car! Ken was extremely responsive, genial, and honestly excited about the prospect of getting me in this car!! He bucked the "used car salesman" trope from the first conversation. After getting off that first call, I turned to my boyfriend and said, "I found my car!!" Ken made the process SO simple. From start to finish, it went smoothly. I really didn't think it would go off without a hitch, but it was great! We were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership, which was awesome, considering our flight was 90 min late. Ken met us right away, and my car had a big red bow on it. What every girl dreams of, lol! The finance department was able to get me an amazing interest rate, which was 16% lower than I was going to get with that horrid vending machine company! I wish I could remember the finance gentleman's name, but I'm blanking! He also made the process very smooth. In summary, I am now an Audi convert for life. When I am in the market for a new one, there is absolutely no possibility that I would go anywhere other than Richmond Audi! Many thanks to everyone at the dealership, but a special thank you to Ken!!
