You won't find any BS hidden fees and charges at Audi Nyack, they were transparent and honest with me about each detail every step of the way. I recently purchased a VW Jetta online from this place....They are very underhanded and the pictures they send you will ONLY do them justice. Do not buy a car online from here. Once you sign the docs. via email, you are on your own. If you leave the lot a find issues, they will say that it didn't have the issues when they inspected. The sales person basically handed me the keys and sent me on my way. Didn't go over the car with me or anything. I found many issues with the car over the next several days. I may be stuck with mistake I made, but I have consulted an attorney for a consultation at least. I would advise anyone to report bad experiences to AG Consumer Protection and the Ohio BMV. as well as leave reviews on sites such as this. I may be stuck with my bad purchase, but I will never go back to this dealer. I will keep this updated as this unfolds.
