Stay away from this place if your appreciate your money and yourself, manager very rude and don’t know anything about clients insulting me telling that I was In the wrong place buying the wrong car just because I try to negotiate the price , everyone do that , , I was a cash buyer for the record. They sent me with somebody to the bank to see if I really have the cash what insults. But that was not enough they also told that I have to wait 5 or 10 days to take my car home because the have wait for the check to be clear dude I’m giving you a cashier check .WHAT ? what kind of dealer take your money but you can’t take the car to home ,( I DROVE MY CAR HOME THE SAME DAY )after 5 hours of negotiations. more to say about this dealer , WARNING take your time to look around your car before you leave the dealer, cars has a lot of body’s damage in that dealer , you won’t see it until u get home or probably the next day they , because they are good covering those damage with wax and of those details cleaning. I got the car because it’s very nice car and a amazing machine with very low millage and I couldn’t let those people stopped me to get something good or something that I want , this transaction was so sloppy and awful because this people in that dealer . I've worked at car dealerships, and have bought from plenty over the years. My experience buying a 2017 Kia Sorento from Keyes Hyundai is how it should be done! I bought my car from Carlo, and he was great. I came in a couple times, and was hoping to get a newer Santa Fe, but was waiting for insurance money from my other Santa Fe getting totaled. Carlo certainly wanted me to commit on the spot (it's his job), but didn't really pressure me when I told him my situation. He also kept in touch with me over the following week, but it never felt like actual pressure. When I came back ready to buy, it turned out the 2019 Santa Fe was more than I wanted to spend. After a little prodding, he backed off, and then walked me around the lot, and found a slightly older Sorento (low miles, in great condition) that better fit my budget. We negotiated a price, after which he had the Sorento fully cleaned, and then he personally took it to the gas station to fill up the tank. Carlo went out of his way to make sure I left with the car I needed, and at a price I was comfortable with. I'll definitely be back when it's time to buy my next car!

This dealership is dishonest. Their advertised prices are complete lies. They will not sell you a car at their advertised price, as they add so-called theft protection and other useless add-ons for $3000. These add-ons are not disclosed anywhere on their many used car advertising sites, nor in-person prior to completing the purchase. In my case, this was on a car listed just under $6000 on Edmunds, their own website, and many other used car websites. I wasted more than 2 hours driving there and back, plus test driving the car, before they disclosed their true offered price. Avoid this place, do not do business with them.
