Go ahead and believe that the price they list is a good deal. When you get there, they will tell you it's the price if you give them $5-7K on top of the price. They'll say "that's the price with 20% down", they'll work up the paperwork and guess what? The car is their internet price + another 20-30%. Actual example: They listed the car as $23K, I offered 50% down and will finance $11.5K +fees, taxes, etc. and they come over with a $461 per month payment for 72 months (I have great credit btw). I do the math and realize that's over $43K for the car when done, financing over $33K (remember, I only needed to finance $11.5K, so their "fees" include somewhere in the neighborhood of over $10K). Do the math, even at 10% interest for a loan, they're burying money and screwing you. How in the hell is that not a scam? They will only throw the monthly price at you to see if you fall for it. Do not buy from these people. If you don't believe me, just ask them, they readily admit their ads are false and that they lie, the paperwork will prove it. Please do your math when you're there, it's a scam.

I bought a used car from this dealership out of state. It seemed like a good deal, the sales team suggested getting it inspected and gave me the information to an inspection company and I decided to use the recommended inspection company. The inspection report comes back relatively clean, minus a a few small issues. I buy the car and have it shipped to my state. Immediately I notice that it was out of alignment and the car pulls to the right and also all 4 tires are different. I went to my local mechanic and turns out every single consumable needs to be replaced immediately. Tires are dry rotted and split, brake pads are on last limb, sway bars shot, rotors are rusted and pitted excessively. The cabin air filter looks like rats were living in it. I call the sales manager Cindy and talk to her and discuss the repairs. She told me that her mechanics do a thorough inspection prior to selling vehicles to make sure that they are road ready and that there is no recourse. Below is photos of some of the things my mechanic found. Needless to say I don't think their mechanics or the inspection company that their sales team referred me to didn't even look at this car. At the end of the conversation I asked her if this is how she would like to leave this transaction and she said there was nothing she could do. I told her that is fine I will be leave a review reflecting my experience. She then tells me that a negative wouldn't be fair for her sales staff. In the end I gave Cindy an opportunity to rectify the situation, even just an apology would have been nice. But instead of doing the right thing and owning up to it she just passed the blame and said that I should have done my research. Another issue was that the car was listed for 9995 on cars.com. When the sales agreement came to my house in the mail, it was about $800 dollars more expensive. Little last minute trickery. I understand the risk of buying a used car from a dealership "as is" and that things will need to be address with any car at some point. Certainly I didn't think the car I bought would need everything replaced as soon as it rolled off the truck. Being a luxury care dealership I would think that they would pride themselves on customer service and selling cars that are safe for their customers and their families. Unfortunately I got got by this dealership and all I can do is spread awareness about their predatory business ethics to the public. Also they don't give [non-permissible content removed] about their customers or responding to customer complaints. The response to any negative review is generic and is always the same. it goes something like this: "Good morning Mr. so and so, I am sorry to read about your frustrations. The issues which you have highlighted in your review are quite alarming, and this deeply concerns me. I will be speaking with my staff in order to gather further details regarding this incident, and we will be making any appropriate corrections. If you would like to speak about this further, please feel free to contact me at, (718) 407-0700. I will certainly be contacting the Better Business Bureau, DMV and the New York Attorney Generals office in regards to this matter.

If you are reading this review, then you understand that even the best car is not worth buying from a particular seller if he behaves disrespectfully or is frankly rude to you. I have bought more than one car before, but I am writing a review about the work of the seller for the first time and now you will understand why. I chatted with them on their official website and then via email. A man named Mustafa spoke to me. I was interested in two questions: 1. How much do they charge on top of the price indicated on the site for paperwork. 2. Are they willing to negotiate a price cut: YES or NO. The fact is that Edmunds and Carfax pointed out that the dealer price of this particular car was too high and the fair price was a thousand less. It also mattered that at this price the car had already been on sale for 4 months without much success. Usually in this case, the seller immediately answers the first request of the buyer: 1. Yes, we charge so many dollars from above for paperwork. 2. Yes, we are moving in price or No, as long as we do not plan to reduce the price. Is it really simple? Yes, but not this time lol. I wrote them 5 emails with messages and my 2 questions above and got a thousand questions in response: when you come to see the car, why don't you give us a call, how will you pay and the like. At first I had enough patience: No, I won’t come, I live in another state, I don’t call because I don’t speak English well (and what is strange in this country that you don’t speak English well?) and the like. Finally, in my sixth letter, I wrote to them that I had not received an answer to my two, in general, simple questions asked at the beginning and did they understand that their behavior looked strange to say the least? To which I was pointed out that who am I to ask them such questions and maybe I'm a scammer?? I don't know the reason for their behavior. Maybe this Mustafa doesn't know how to use a calculator. Or maybe they charge so much money for documents that buyers scatter in horror and are ashamed to announce this price. Or maybe where this Mustafa came to America from, this is how it is customary to talk with car buyers. I dont know. Probably this Mustafa will come here now and write that this did not happen or that everything was wrong. I do not care anymore. I warned you, and, of course, I will just look for a car elsewhere.
