Dealer Review:

I purchased a 2005 Toyota Four Runner from Paul. Mind you, I am an out of state buyer. Paul assured me that the vehicle was in good condition, that it had a solid frame, ran smooth, and that there was minimal rust underneath the vehicle. He even sent me pictures of underneath the car, which I now know, these were not pictures from the car I purchased but from a different vehicle. Paul had the car delivered to my house. When it arrived, the delivery driver informed me that the car did not drive properly. The brakes were locked up and it was vibrating badly when drove. I took it to a shop and was told that the car needed new brakes, rotors, calibers, brake hoses, CV axil, and the frame was completely rusted out. When I called Paul to talk about these issues, he blamed them on me and refused to discuss a refund. I would never purchased a car from there and I would not trust a word Paul says. Everything he told me was a lie and he was not willing to make it right (I don’t even think Paul is his real name). After I left the review above, Paul proceeded to contact me so that he could offer me money “to help cover the cost of the repairs” in exchange for a more positive review of his business. He then failed to follow through with his offer. My guess is he pays people to leave positive (and inaccurate) reviews of his business all of the time. This was a classic situation of a used car salesman taking advantage of an out of state buyer. I feel foolish for ever making the purchase but would like to help others avoid making the same mistake.

We took a 45 minute drive to dealer, check in pocket, and ready to drive back home with a new vehicle. First we were told to take our time and drive around on highway becuase the vehicle is full with gas. We went about ten miles and the vehicle warning displayed, “Low on Fuel”. The interior console had stain marks, the back seat sticky syrup, and the vehicle lack new car smell. I did not check the mileage but I am sure after a full tank of gas, the vehicle had it’s share of wear and tear. The worse part of the deal, the salesman wanted new car price (MSRP). I have nothing against the dealership but I didn’t like the service. Other communications happen with the salesman which leave some doubt about (truthfulness), but I will leave that conversation alone.
