2024 Acura ZDX
Aside from the lack of basic features that other simpler cars have that this car is missing, I’m facing technical problems every other day. It’s been at the dealer for 3 days the week after I got it. I’ve spent hours on the phone with their service department and the sales manager and nothing!!! The screens blank out, the range is off, the heat doesn’t work sometimes and other issues … as well. Forget about the phone app working basic commands such as lock/unlock or remote start climate, not to mention showing basic status of the car. It seems like Acura rushed to put an EV out to the market and this premature launch of a mediocre car with a 72k sticker price. Should have gotten a Lyriq!
