I cannot say enough good things about this location and all thanks to Shannon's help! My car buying experience started today at 7A, visiting 3 different Hyundai locations. I went in with the expectation to test drive a Hyundai Accent SEL of which were, unfortunately, out of stock. None of the Hyundai sales reps were eager to help me find out when the next batch would be received. I previously purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe with all the bells and whistles so it seems like they are only eager to help and sell when the sticker price is high enough to pay them a good commission. I then decided not to do business with Hyundai since this was universal treatment given at the multiple locations I called and visited. As soon as I called Kia Parkway, I was welcomed by Shannon and he did everything possible to provide me with all the information I needed and more. Not only that but he helped me start the buying process of my new vehicle within minutes of arriving on site and even helped me negotiate the price with their Financial Manager.
