I came to the dealership mid-January just to look at and perhaps drive a Durango. I was in no way set on one and had only been looking for a new vehicle for about a week. I came in half an hour before closing time on a Saturday night. I was greeted like they had all the time in the world and not like they were trying to get ready to close and i was in the way. J Scott took me for a test drive on a beautiful 2018 Durango and I loved it. I told him my husband and I would talk it over and get back to them on Monday. First thing Monday morning I was on the phone with my bank asking about financing. I qualified and called J. He said the car was still there and mine.... so we did everything via phone and email as I was at work. I left early that afternoon to get the check from the bank and left a short while later from the dealership with my new Durango. If I’ve had any questions, I call and someone helps me. The parts and service departments have also been amazing. The icing on the cake Happened today. Today is 4 months since I bought my car. Today is also my birthday. J Scott has sold dozens of cars in the interim, however, I received an email from him today wishing me a happy birthday. You see, I’ve never had a dealership care about you after the initial sale. Crown Dodge has absolutely terrible customer service. They will tell you whatever they have to in order to get you in the door, and then change the deal you had arranged prior to going in when you go to buy the car. They are a VERY DISHONEST dealership and WILL NOT honor their word and agreements. I leased a Ram Truck from them 1.5 years ago, and had a horrible experience then as well. I wound up having to go back to the dealership 4 TIMES because THEY kept making mistakes on the lease paperwork. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealership, so save yourself some time and frustration and go somewhere else to begin with.

I called and confirmed a specific car with stock number was available and ready for purchase because I had a 2.5hr drive to get to the dealership. I was assured it was all set and so we set off. When we arrived, they could not find the car and then after 3 test drives of similar, vehicles, they found the car but not the keys because it was at the upholstery shop of the dealer. They have a million cars, but do not take the time to clean anything very well and we watched as they parked cars we did not want back from where they came. I can't imagine why we have COVID19 everywhere in North Carolina! They get one star only because I have to pick something!
