I came in this past weekend (10/26) with my family to turn in a lease and see what options were available to me. He texted me, apologized and asked me if I wanted to sit with someone else or come in later to sit with him. He wanted to take care of me. I told him I didn't mind waiting. In between helping another customer, he made us feel like we were important. He kept us busy, I texted him the lot #'s of the car at his request and he gave us the keys so we could sit in the vehicles we liked and help come to a decision quicker. We appreciated not being pushed over to someone else. When it was our time, both my wife and I test drove two vehicles...one a Palisade! In over ten years at this location, I have never received this type of service. After only a few weeks of buying a new Hyundai Elantra the door handle come off when I opened the door. Dickson City Hyundai said it door handles weren't covered under the warranty and that it would cost about $70. We called Hyundai Corporate directly and they said it should be covered. So Hyundai called Dickson City and Dickson City lied to them saying our car was in car crash so Hyundai refused to cover it. When we spoke to Dickson City again about fixing the door handle they said it would be over $100. Terrible, terrible place, do not buy a car there. They truly do not deserve even one star.
