They are not prepared for their appointments. Had appointment at 10 am got there a little before called when they opened asked for who I was told to and was told it's his day off. They had no idea what I was there for. Then wanted us to come in and sign in and then they would try to get someone to help. I asked for them to come out and was told they couldn't because coming in was their protocol. We drove a hour to get there and left without ever seeing the vehicle. Never going back.

I bought a 2014 Nissan Versa from International Auto Outlet on 12/31/2022 for what I considered a great price. Unfortunately on my way to work on the following Tuesday the transmission started to have issues. I knew the Nissan CVT transmissions were prone to issues before buying it but had no issues on the test drive and with the car having 108,000 miles on it I took the risk. With this know issue in mind, I took the car to the local Nissan dealership and got it diagnosed. I received a quote from Nissan that stated there was a code in the vehicles computer and based on the code and the issues it was having I needed to have the Valve Body replaced and the computer updated with the newest software at a cost of just under $2000. I was a bit shocked at the price but since I had just purchased the car and it had the code for the transmission issue in it that was not disclosed at the time of purchase I called International Auto Outlet. At first they seemed to be willing to help and asked for the quote and told be they would reach out shortly with a resolution. I was later informed that they wanted me to bring the car into their service center. I asked what the plan was because I didn't want to bring the car there with out knowing what the potential results would be as it would have to be towed almost 50 miles. They didn't have any answer but I was told the Sales Supervisor might know so I asked to talk to them. I was told that they weren't there at the time but they would call back. I never got a call and when I called the Sales Supervisor was again not there. I have yet to get any call or explanation from the dealership. I can't say that they for sure knew about the transmission issue before selling the car but I'm sure I could ask Nissan for the history of codes in the vehicle's computer and find out. I think that it is very poor customer service to allow such an issue with no resolution and leave a customer on the hook with a $7500 car that can't drive.

Dealer Review:

This dealership used the most unethical business practices to trick customers. The price on the internet is nowhere near the price they charged me in person. I’m not talking a few hundred price discrepancy but thousands more than dealership fees and taxes. I would understand if it was just taxes but they adding thousands more on top of the taxes! They even lied about many other things. The sales staff will say anything just to sell a car instead of honoring the prices they advertised. When you challenge them, the manager won’t even talk to customers. They just make you think you’re talking to a manager which you later find out. If they lack integrity in everything leading up to selling the car, then they certainly cannot be trusted with vehicle integrity,

Apparently i had been talking with a CSR person for some days, literally they had been inviting me to come test drive a vehicle i previously checked its availability on their website. This CSR had been confirming the car was available and was just waiting for me, even before i could drive that morning to their dealership, they assured me everything was fine. After driving for three hours because i live out of state, they tell me they sold the car that morning, i was baffled and asked them if it was a prank, because two hours earlier the CSR mentioned nothing to me but was ok for me to come test drive the vehicle i had picked. They turned around with LIES! LIES! LIES! and LIES! telling me they have something else they want to offer me, i quickly declined, they kept pushing and offered to fill my tank, i told them not to worry about. I have never in the world, ever never seen such [non-permissible content removed] , they LIE! like hell. They wasted almost 7hours of my day with their lies. Not surprised they have a lot of negative feedback from customers but apparently they seem not to care and continue with LIES! LIES! LIES!. NEVER EVERTO RECOMMEND TO WHOSOEVER.
