On 9/18/2021, I went to Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine, Texas to meet with the sales associate Kevin Gooding. I told him my husband was interested in the Blazer, Mr. Gooding told me there was a chip problem and it would take a while before the car would come in. But I could put $500.00 down to hold the Blazer when it came in. So I agreed. We talked about the incentives and because the Blazer is not in stock right now, would I still get the September incentives, and he told me that I would. So I paid the $500.00, and waited for the car to come in. Mr. Gooding emailed me on 11/112021, to tell me that the Blazer we were waiting for had arrived. On Thursday 11/18/2021, Mr Gooding sent me a text, stating that after my deposit the Blazer will cost me $37,683 plus tax and title (ttl). I then asked him how much the tax and title would cost. Mr. Gooding he then wrote that it would be 6.25%, plus another $350 - $400. Everything seemed fine, so my husband and I decide to go the next day to purchase the Blazer. On 11/19/2021, my husband and I purchased a 2021 Blazer from Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine, Texas. I was not happy with the termed that was presented to me by finance. The payments would be $579.89, for 84 months. I asked about the incentives that was offered to be in September, and I was told I could not get those incentives. I asked if there was any incentives the next day saw on the Chevy website that there is a $500.00 Cyber incentive until 11/20/2021, but it was not offered to me. We did talk about getting 6 years or 60,000 miles, but it was not in my paperwork. I tried to get finance to lower the price because I felt the monthly payment of $569.89 was too high, but he wouldn’t budge. Basically I was told to take the deal or look for another vehicle. I had already waited so long to get the vehicle, and although he gave us a few minutes to think about it. My husband and I signed the paperwork. I didn’t realize until the next day that I went from having at great deal at $37,863 to paying $43,959.99, I felt the dealership had taken advantage of me. And the money I thought I was paying for my Gap insurance, was used as a down payment for the Blazer. When I stated that I would have to refinance, the finance guy who I don’t remember his name, told me no one could beat GM’s deal and he knew all the credit unions and none of them would give me a better deal. I am so sorry I did business with Classic Chevrolet of Grapevine.

I would highly recommend anyone stay away from this dealership. Overall had an extremely negative experience. Bought a used car, knowing it's older. That doesn't excuse that it should have never been on the lot without even having all the necessary passed components to pass an inspection. If this car had gone through a proper inspection it would not have passed without needing repairs. Non working lights and signals (left turning signal didn't work when ANY lights were on), fluids not checked since windshield wiper fluid was dry, no sound coming from the horn, dangerous brakes that needed to be bled, and a rattle from a motor mount that was never disclosed to us. Later the salesperson Sam mentioned that and accidentally let it slip and that they could fix the motor mount, after trying to say, "I must have been thinking of another car". Yet he mentioned it twice??? Sam told us that the used cars don't get to the same inspection that the higher-end cars get when they come in, which makes me wonder did this car even get a proper state inspection at all? During the contract process even mentioned that he's had multiple customers in the past swear at him and say that they've never work with him again.......hmmm. After realizing this car had some issues I originally called the dealership and tried to talk to Michael, who assured me he would have his manager call me, and never got a call back. We had to actually physically go to the dealership to get the issue resolved which actually was having them send the car to another Mazda dealership FOR A WEEK since they can't work on other makes of used cars since they're a Chevy dealership. They didn't tell us that they would need the car for a week until after we called that afternoon wanting to check on the status of it. So then we wasted our time, and had to go and get the car since I don't have numerous cars at my disposal and we then just wanted to resolve the issues ourselves. Please avoid this place. It truly felt like everything that you don't want when buying a car. I also thought as a prior sales manager, that it was an entirely inappropriate for Sam to ask me for my Facebook information. Just because I buy a car from someone doesn't mean I want you to take my photo and post it on your personal Facebook page; that I purchased a car so that you can post about it and attempt get more sales by encouraging people to come see him with a customer picture. Does the dealership know that the salesperson is doing this while he is on the clock as a representative of them and their company?

My experience with Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is sadly summed up in three simple words: • Dishonest • Disappointing • Disengaged On Sunday, 5/1 a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport (4 door, hard top, 134, 537 miles) was posted on Richardson CJDR’s website for $16499 (and on other affiliate sites as well). I scheduled an appointment to see the vehicle at 9 AM on Monday. Upon arrival they were not ready for my visit. Once the sales manager, “S” found the keys we test drove the Jeep. I understand it had just come into inventory, but I have never seen a dirtier vehicle inside and out. During the drive I explained that my husband would want to see the Jeep as well but had a conflict the rest of the day. I offered to leave a deposit, but “S” assured me that was not necessary and that my husband could test drive the Jeep the following day, so we set an appointment for 10 AM Tuesday. Before leaving I asked “S” if the price listed was the final price. He said yes, although it had not yet been through a service check and if there were issues identified that could impact the price, but as is that day the price was $16499. Monday night I received a text that “S” would not be at the dealership the following day after all and that we should probably just wait until Wednesday. We wanted to move forward and were told that his colleague “J” could show my husband the car on Tuesday at 10 AM. Upon arrival, “J” was not available for 15 minutes and when available was not prepared for the visit (nor was he expecting it). It was clear “J” did not want to be involved and was quick to defer all questions. When the Jeep was finally pulled around to be test driven, my husband thought it was a different vehicle. In 24 hours, they had removed the hard top and replaced it with a soft top that had several tears (see images). My husband asked that the hard top be replaced and that a resolution be provided. In the meantime, I left messages for both “S” and the GM, “J”. “S” finally replied on Wednesday midday, but I never heard from the GM or sales associate colleague. On Wednesday afternoon “S” left a lengthy voicemail stating the Jeep had finally been through service and multiple issues were identified totaling $2800. One would think that that amount would be added to the original list price for a new total of $19300. Apparently, that is not how it works at Richardson CJDR as the price was going to be closer to $23K. “S” even sent over an image of what “they had in it”, however it was for a different Jeep (2013 with fewer miles).
