Please read the reviews and do your homework first. They sold us a vehicle that is practically worthless that we now have a loan on for $23,000. When we complained the manager called an app offered if we took the complaint down that they would refund some of the extras that they make a mandatory when you buy the vehicle, and the tires that I had to put on the vehicle, because the tires that I had on the vehicle were not rated for the vehicle, then once we took the bad review down, the story changed. This is not a respectable business, and I would not recommend giving this dealership not a penny of your money.

Wishing a warm thank you to Richard. I went into Toyota North Miami about a week ago after my 2008 Mazda finally gave out on me. Ever since I started shopping around, I was being contacted by sleazy dealers every single day trying to lure me to the dealership. Even at Toyota, I was initially assigned to a dealer who was obviously a new hire and not attentive to my needs. However, after ditching him, I ran into Richard at the used lot. From the beginning, he was different from the rest. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to force a car or a sale on me. Instead, based off my interests, he suggested a car I could test out. I even asked to test drive 2 other vehicles and he was more than willing and able. His poise and patience made me feel comfortable. I saw the listing for this 2014 Subaru in Edmunds it had a decent price. Then when I started talking to Sammy and asked about hidden fees i was told oh no, of course not, were a family business when i asked the total price they added almost $1000 dealer fee $400 for a tag so the $12,000 car end up being over 14,000 when I ask about this, I said that’s just the way they do thing and it was in small print on their personal website but not edmunds. I’m 63 years old and I bought many many many cars and if you’re going to add dealers fee for you in there you should at least at least put it in the advertised price because I specifically asked Sam from [HTML removed] if there had hidden fees its too bad, because I liked the car. Sad!
