All the their online prices are fake and just to attracting people. You will see the salesman will add up to the price $5000 dealer fee which is ridiculous in all over the state, $800 LoJack GPS plus $800 paper work and $320 for registration. After purchasing don’t expect them any respect. I am writing as a victim who had to sue them to get my refund on canceled extended warranty which is another way to ripping customers off. Went in, made the deal. Took the Q5 off the lot and the A/C failed. Brought it back immediately, they checked it out and said it was a faulty O-Ring. And they ran out of refrigerant. Could deliver the car a few days later. In Summer? O-Ring fail? 2k Mile car that was supposed to have a 300point inspection. Nah. Something smelled fishy. They were nasty to me and said they could sell the car for more. So we let them have it back and killed the deal. Something fishy here.

Went in, made the deal. Took the Q5 off the lot and the A/C failed. Brought it back immediately, they checked it out and said it was a faulty O-Ring. And they ran out of refrigerant. Could deliver the car a few days later. In Summer? O-Ring fail? 2k Mile car that was supposed to have a 300point inspection. Nah. Something smelled fishy. They were nasty to me and said they could sell the car for more. So we let them have it back and killed the deal. Something fishy here.
