Dealer Review:

My sister and I went to the dealership at 12:30 p.m. on 12/14/2019 due to an appt. with Al Tolentino. He assigned Ghaleb Abdallah to show us the vehicle. I noticed a screw imbedded in the rear right tire and brought it to his attention. He said that this just happened. This vehicle should have been inspected with a fine tooth comb especially that they know it would be seen at our 12:30 p.m. appt. He said in an unprofessional manner, "You don't want this ?" We were shocked by the tone of his voice which made us feel slighted just because of the screw imbedded in the tire. As a customer buying one expensive car in a top class dealership, we expected to be treated as fair as other customers would be treated. Ghaleb got the used car sales manager involved who is Mike. Mike did not handle our heated confrontation with Ghaleb to defuse the situation. He should have taken command and could have told us that whatever problem we had that he would resolve them. He should have told Ghaleb to leave and handled it personally. We were almost ready to leave because we were talking to the internet sales manager from Culver City who has a similar vehicle. Fortunately, one of your salesmen, Javier Duran came out to talk to us and calmed us down. He was very professional for one to be in your dealership for 6 months as opposed to the fleet manager who has been in the business for 26 years. Needless to say, because of the great way we were handled by Javier, we bought the vehicle. It is salesmen like Javier that makes car buying an enjoyable experience. If anybody is interested in buying a car from this dealership, please ask for Javier.

Dealer Review:

My sister and I went to the dealership at 12:30 p.m. on 12/14/2019 due to an appt. with Al Tolentino. He assigned Ghaleb Abdallah to show us the vehicle. I noticed a screw imbedded in the rear right tire and brought it to his attention. He said that this just happened. This vehicle should have been inspected with a fine tooth comb especially that they know it would be seen at our 12:30 p.m. appt. He said in an unprofessional manner, "You don't want this ?" We were shocked by the tone of his voice which made us feel slighted just because of the screw imbedded in the tire. As a customer buying one expensive car in a top class dealership, we expected to be treated as fair as other customers would be treated. Ghaleb got the used car sales manager involved who is Mike. Mike did not handle our heated confrontation with Ghaleb to defuse the situation. He should have taken command and could have told us that whatever problem we had that he would resolve them. He should have told Ghaleb to leave and handled it personally. We were almost ready to leave because we were talking to the internet sales manager from Culver City who has a similar vehicle. Fortunately, one of your salesmen, Javier Duran came out to talk to us and calmed us down. He was very professional for one to be in your dealership for 6 months as opposed to the fleet manager who has been in the business for 26 years. Needless to say, because of the great way we were handled by Javier, we bought the vehicle. It is salesmen like Javier that makes car buying an enjoyable experience. If anybody is interested in buying a car from this dealership, please ask for Javier.
