I absolutely love the Sentra and it’s perfect for my families needs. The only thing I will say that can improve is the wait time to get into the finance office. We went to buy a car that was advertised as $12,341 to later find out after they ran our credit that they added a bunch of bogus fees on top of that. To make the car price $4k more than the original price as advertised. The only fees you shall pay above the advertised car price is the tags and tax. They added Reacon fees, Doc fees and none tax fees and they add this to the price of the car which increases the amount of tax you pay. Which is not the tax price of the original car price. Save your time and save yourself from a huge headache and do not go to this dealership. It's horrible and extremely deceitful.

I feel I was cheated for the third time on the same car with this dealership. They were supposed to take my old car as a trade in but instead screwed me by bringing it to Honda as an end of the lease for which they have been billing me over $1800. They also tried to hold me up for another $300 to pick up my registration paperwork for which I had already paid the transfer fee at purchase, which was outright thievery. Then I was supposed to receive two years of oil changes. When I went in for my fourth change just before the two years were up I ended up waiting an hour only to find they wouldn't honor the contract. I have also started doing all my service at Honda even on my Rogue. Now I made the very stupid decision to trust them once again. I felt I would buy out my lease instead of turning it in. My purchase price according to Nissan finance was a little over $12,100. I knew there was a $395 end of lease fee and I would have to pay tax on the balance and some kind of transfer fee. Instead they tried to stick me with over $4000 in fake charges including almost $1000 to transfer the title and $1000 dealer fee to sell me the car for a second time. Once again, I went to Honda, right across the street, where they took the car off my hands in 30 minutes and made me a good deal on a HRV. (And I made sure they didn't screw me on the trade in like you did.) So to sum up, they are nothing but [non-permissible content removed]

I purchased a Ford Focus which had active recalls on the clutch and electric transmission panel which was absolutely not brought to my attention when purchasing. They boasted the car with having low miles and low on gas. Meanwhile there's several class action lawsuits going on with this car. I had the car since almost the end of September so a little under 6 months. And it's already having transmission issues. When I called them the manager I spoke with was very rude and not sensitive to my issues at all. He just kept saying, "well you bought a used car" or "you bought the car" basically this is my problem now so go away. The car was serviced by ford 7 times prior to when I just brought it in to Ford all were for transmission issues. I'm still making payments on this piece of junk. And they don't care at all. They offered me a %15 discount on repairs, what a joke. Buyer beware. I have 3 kids and this is messing with my lively hood. I feel completely ripped off.
