Get it together. Thanks for having me drive down from over 65 miles away for a prearranged appointment only to tell me I cannot test drive the vehicle. I was ready to purchase but couldn’t even drive it - no gas and no plates. Thanks for handing it to me when I purchased it the next day absolutely filthy - fresh chocolate on the cloth seats, and soda and milkshake in the console, fingernail clippings in the console, etc etc etc, to say it was a filthy vehicle would be an understatement. Armor all type grease all over the exterior paint which was slung all over from being applied to the tires. You even applied armor all type substance to the engine compartment - who does that? It also was due for oil change regular service, which we took care of ourselves that same week Who responds to complaints about the filthy state of the vehicle with ‘we outsource the detailing’ and tries to blame the new sales guy. This is a management problem at the Fredericktown location- PERIOD. The brand new sales person was was nice and apologetic - this was NOT his fault. I provided similar feedback to the automated email from the dealer stating I would be glad to discuss details - then I heard crickets.

My experience at with enterprise car sales was less that favorable. I was in a situation where I needed a vehicle and the vehicle we found fit the bill YET the sales people and office people had no idea what they were doing. They ran my credit score and it was off. I tried walking out and it miraculously came down. Then they needed my pay stub and I don’t keep that stuff on me so I had to drive an hour to get it and received calls while on the road to hurry up because the banks close. I got back and information was loaded and credit score changed again and I tried walking out then miraculously it went down. I knew my credit score wasn’t bad. There is so much more to the story and I could write a book ; including the bank who financed not getting paperwork. Word to wise there might be a million of you out there that love this company yet my experience was extremely stressful which they know yet , were sorry…..that’s it.
