I saw a listing for vehicle at a great price I was interested in. I called the dealership in the early morning and was told Kevin would call me back, when I did get a call back late in the afternoon I was told that car was available but someone else was also looking at the car and it would be sold first come first serve. I called back the next morning after speaking with my bank and was told the car was still available so I told them my financing was in place could they please send me a buyer's order. Immediately after I received the paperwork my bank asked for a picture of the title and the purchase would be completed. I called the dealership back and started to get the famous run around, okay we will send it (never happened), Kevin will call you back he is out of the office (which never happened) and no one else seemed to be able to help me. I always had to talk to Kevin. When I finally did get Kevin on the phone at 3pm and asked for the picture of the title again I was told okay I will send it, 2 hours later I received an email to say sorry the car was sold while he was out of the office, but tell me then why if I couldn't talk to anyone but Kevin it seems as Kevin is the only one who can sell the car, how did it sell if he wasn't there (how convenient).

My wife has been going days trying to get some detail on a particular vehicle and she keeps getting nothing but evasive answers and empty promises. You would think a dealership would want to sell a car................ As my wife has said she "has never ran across a dealership that goes out of its way to keep you from buying a vehicle.". DISHONEST [non-permissible content removed] - Don't walk, RUN from this dealership's finance office. Dru Kaba, director of finance is dishonest and gives bad car dealers a bad name. He ran my credit 3 times even though I gave him the info on my pre-approved vendor. He changed my fin from my pre-approved vendor to a vendor of his choice. He said that he had the right to do that. I recorded the conversation because I'm sure he will have a different version of the conversation. He was just short of rude. I relayed to him that I did not want to purchase the KAHU subscription for $499 and he emailed me back that I couldn't cancel it. That's a second lie. I am a woman, I am older and I am black. Apparently 3 strikes and I'm screwable.
