North coast Auto Mall is by far the worst place you could possibly do business with. First off an extremely important thing you should know is 90% of their vehicles are structurally damaged and I know this because not only did one of their salesmen relay this information to me we also have one of these vehicles that we were just informed was severely damaged to the point it should have never been sold at a dealership in the first place and it is worthless essentially as a trade in and yet we paid an absurd amount they will inform you it had previous damage and you will receive a vague car fax they will promise is not an issue but later you will find out it was a worthless vehicle they bought at an auction block. They sold a potentially dangerous vehicle to a young family with babies they do not care about you they are there to make money off of you regardless of what happens to you later. If you get into an accident with a car that had previous structural damage the repairs could fail it could cost you your life. And if you need further reason not to do business with them call dealerships in the area call financial institutions we talked to many all telling us how horrible they are how they don’t know how they sleep at night and that they will refuse to let you bring in your own lender to finance. Please take your hard earned money somewhere else protect your family and yourself I promise other dealers will take care of you a lot better than they ever will.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Civic. I walked into the dealership with my eyes set on something else. Mike Brady was my salesperson. He listened to everything that I wanted in a new vehicle. Once we sat down and started talking about particulars, he explained to me that with the budget I gave him, the original vehicle that I wanted was not doable, unless I raised my budget. I was disappointed, however, he did not make me feel stupid for it. He was very kind and honest about what type of vehicle fit in my budget and made me understand the process of getting a new vehicle. I’ve never had someone be so thorough with me throughout the process and even though I did not buy the vehicle that I originally wanted, I still left with a vehicle that I love!
