Asked for a bill of sale before committing to purchase and the mileage on vehicle was under represented. Tried to work with them and have tires replaced as the original ad misleadingly stated. Sales person hung up on me. No follow through from dealer. Meantime my credit was pulled for nothing. Total disregard for online purchasing, which is obscene especially with COVID requiring a new way to conduct business. Take your money elsewhere. We certainly are.
