Also the Manager (forget his name) was very young but very attentive and complimented Tony’s style to a tee. I tried to buy a new truck at Colonial last December and they tried to pressure me. It didn’t work and I waited a year. I really didn’t want to go back but a friend bought a new truck their last month and referred Tony. He truly is an asset to your establishment. I also have not been happy with tour service dept over the last several years but have been assured that they have improved. I certainly hope so. There are many. I called a dealer in Albany, NY and sent them a picture and they called me with a part number within minutes and a cost of $35.00 And it will be here in the AM.. If Customer Service had taken this route with me in Westfield instead of putting me off for wks. I would not be writing this so needless to say Customer Service stinks here !!! Is the cost of $35.00 worth the bad review for customer service and references to my family/friends in MA.???? I Will stick to another dealership and suggest you do as well

I too had a terrible experience just like the comment above says this Dealership is a Fruad and I will be writing my own letter to the Attorney General and BBB!!! After filling out all the information for Financing on a Vehicle the Salesmen said “In order to proceed further with this and go over Financing numbers we will need a $2,000 dollar deposit!” This is absolutely unheard of in business, any other dealership is happy to run numbers and see if there’s a deal on the table but not this one! I’ve spoken to higher-ups at Grieco Motor Group and they assure me it’s not Grieco policy to do such a thing, however this dealership’s General Manager does what he wants to Fruad people out of money.
