Allow me to file a disclaimer-I am a lawyer...I had searched for a particular small SUV called a GLK made by Mercedes to travel back and forth to S.C. on 95. I meet Niko and after a lot of back and forth went to the dealership and with a friend looked over and test drove the car. It was fine. I purchased the car but before doing so I asked about the extra key. Niko said he'd check with his manager Adam. I went in and signed the papers drove the car off the lot and remembered that Niko had not given me or said anything about the extra key. So I called from the road down the street and was told that they were checking with the previous manager. I continued my drive home (I live a good ways away) in my new car. I arrived home without incident but in looking at the car I notice for the first time a dent in the passenger side A pillar. So at this point I am beside myself and I call Niko and speak to Adam the next day. Both gentlemen...and I want to say they are gentlemen promised me that their owner wants to be old school and an honest dealership and that they would take care of everything to make sure I was happy. Now as a lawyer...well I was not so sure but they gave me their word. They kept their word...something I did not expect from a modern day car dealership. They were honest and followed through. Dent was fixed....car key paid for so I could get an extra key! Amazing. That's why I am giving Niko and Adam 5 stars! Was I happy that the car had an unnoticed dent and lacked a key. No not at all but did they follow through even though papers were signed to make sure that the car was top notch shape and I had the extra key? Absolutely. Old style your word is your bond business ethics" I highly recommend the dealership because that form of honest dealing has to come from the top down.

Every person working at carvana, with the exception of Crystal in underwriting and Tracy in Executive Team, have all been mad, negligent, racist, unknowledgeable, unprofessional, and discriminating in the upper mgt level!! My delivery has been postponed 3 times, and will be postponed for 4th time after I call them to file complaint on my nightmare, Lisa!! Lisa has been the most [non-permissible content removed] dealer employee I've encountered, contacted, mssg in the 3 1/2 months on mkt to buy a vehicle thus far!!! She called me twice, mad?? She canceled the 3rd delivery, demanding I re-sign another contract by noon, not taking into consideration that I cannot function physically until or after 3 p.m. My vehicle was scheduled to be delivered until 4:30 p.m. Driver advised me on first embarrassing delivery that as long as contract was signed during delivery, and I had proof that purchased vehicle was on auto insurance policy, he'd leave my car!! I did add it to my auto insurance policy to start by date given, only to find that they never brought the car on that day!! Now I have to go through the troubles to get it off!! Driver was rude, late, and brought car to me at dark, and don't even carry an I pad for customers to e-sign, in case contract not retrievable online to customer!! He was yelling across the street my business and personal information to me!! What was most humiliating was that he brought down the vehicle, with my neighbors watching, to later take it and put it back on flatbed!!! I had purchased the vehicle in full!! The funds were verified with my credit union, which took an hour and 3 attemps due to their lack of organization!! Beware of your MONEY!!! If this happened to me when I was paying for the Mercedes, CASH and in full, imagine with financing!!! It only means that due to their negligence and discrimination against a Disabled, Gay Hispanic, they are only setting Carvana up for lawsuits!!! All of this occurred to me before signing their e-contract!! I'd rather have received my paid in full vehicle in a timely manner as they advertise, then to seek legal remedy!!! I called and confirmed a specific car with stock number was available and ready for purchase because I had a 2.5hr drive to get to the dealership. I was assured it was all set and so we set off. When we arrived, they could not find the car and then after 3 test drives of similar, vehicles, they found the car but not the keys because it was at the upholstery shop of the dealer. They have a million cars, but do not take the time to clean anything very well and we watched as they parked cars we did not want back from where they came. I can't imagine why we have COVID19 everywhere in North Carolina! They get one star only because I have to pick something!
