I recently sold a leased VW Jetta to Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach. I had issue when VW Credit played the game regarding the lease payoff amount for Customer and VW dealer is much different (less) than if i sell the car to any 3rd party on Non VW dealers. I never heard of this game before despite i have leased many cars before including VW. Luckily, Kevin Olive, Norm Reeves Honda Used Car Manager, stepped in an went out of his way to resolve the issue for me. It’s a lengthy process but Kevin thoroughly followed up to get the help resolving the issue, and today I received my equity difference check. Kevin is an example of great customer oriented type of Manager and have demonstrated his professionalism in handling transactions with customer. I recommend Norm Reeves Honda for their customer oriented policy, especially with Kevin Olive and I also want to thank Krystiana, the ICO coordinator whom also helped me communicated with Kevin in the beginning part of the transaction. Dealer Review:
The dealer had both cars I wanted to look at. I drove both and decided the newer, more expensive car was a better deal. A sales assistant brought the cars around for test drive. The salesman, who I talked to on the phone the day before, then completed the paperwork, taking care of all of the dmv details, washed the car, filled the gas tank, etc. The entire process took almost 3 hours. I felt like I got a great car for a great price, and good value overall. There were no problems, no hard sell. I would definitely recommend this place and would go back if I needed another car.

This is the second vehicle I purchase from STG and the experience went hassle free like before. I was helped out by Daniel Rodas both times and he’s as professional as he is respectful and courteous. Daniel wasn’t pushy at all and made sure to get me the best deal possible. Of course there was a bit of back and forth to try and get the best deal but everything went fairly smooth. The sales manager Campos was willing to help us out and made sure that we left satisfied. So far I’ve had nothing but great experiences dealing with STG and Daniel which I highly recommend. If you’re in the market for a vehicle go see them at the Montclair location.
