Drove 100 miles to get the car I wanted. No haggle price. It was ready and clean. Tony had the finance papers ready to send to the lenders. Showed us 5 lenders they use or we can use our own. Showed us how the money we put down affected our payment. Showed us extended warranty options. Showed us all the bank offers and we picked what we wanted. The choices were in our hands. Prices were cut and dry. Didn’t feel like they were getting kick backs from the banks for getting higher interest or up selling options for commissions. Loved it! Drove away in 2 hours.

My experience at with enterprise car sales was less that favorable. I was in a situation where I needed a vehicle and the vehicle we found fit the bill YET the sales people and office people had no idea what they were doing. They ran my credit score and it was off. I tried walking out and it miraculously came down. Then they needed my pay stub and I don’t keep that stuff on me so I had to drive an hour to get it and received calls while on the road to hurry up because the banks close. I got back and information was loaded and credit score changed again and I tried walking out then miraculously it went down. I knew my credit score wasn’t bad. There is so much more to the story and I could write a book ; including the bank who financed not getting paperwork. Word to wise there might be a million of you out there that love this company yet my experience was extremely stressful which they know yet , were sorry…..that’s it.

Price advertised is not the price they will sell the car for. Checked on an Q70 advertised for $24,700 but was quoted $28,000, to buy it when I called about it. They listed dealer incentives which are not listed in any of the advertisement. In order to get the $24,700 price, you must have a trade, come into the dealership and let them carry the financing, which none of which was listed in the advertisement. I don't live in Oklahoma and would not have a problem with any of that, if it was disclosed in the advertisement up front, as it was a waste of time calling and planning for nothing.
