It was like pulling teeth to get information out of customer service, in which they were aggressive and borderline rude. The car and the price was poorly inaccurate via online listing (I drove nearly 2 hours to visit this business and they were made aware of this prior to my visit). They sell high above market value (and won't budge an inch) and they laughably lowball trade-ins. I visited a legitimate dealership the day before and was offered $1k more for my trade-in than this one right off the bat. They will tell you they want to put you in a high quality car for a good deal, but it's all textbook slime car salesman nonsense. Total and complete utter waste of time.
