One of the sales reps started texting me and I told them the terms that I want, came back with a ridiculous monthly payment, I told him he’s mistaken and he said I will get you the correct numbers and that there was a confusion. He then texts me back 10 mins later and says the price on the vehicle is wrong (which is advertised on multiple websites) that it’s not 45.7k, it’s now 52k. Never in my life have I experienced this, after multiple people telling me the price is what’s listed online and that’s the bottom line price then to switch it up on me. Just an overall horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone dealing with them.

After receiving an email Carlos V. on Monday confirming that the vehicle was available, I called to set up an appointment for Wednesday. I emailed them around 9:30 to confirm the address, received a reply withing 20-30 mins, on my way to the dealer I also received a text message confirming the address. After I get there, a sales representative looks in the system and asked me when did I inquired about the vehicle, then he tells me that it sold. Then they try to sell me another vehicle that is was twice the price. The sales representative when to talk to the manager who was about 20-30 feet from me, and he didn't even have the decency to go apologize for the inconvenience. I spent one hour each way, plus the waiting, plus fuel and tolls, and this is how they respect the customer's time and money. If I could give a negative star to this dealer and the manager I would, but just my recommendation is don't waste your time!
