I said we were driving 1 1/2 hr to look and buy the car. On the drive up we called Again to confirm. Yes all is good, we will see you in an hour. When we get there the sales person said “oh sorry, apparently we don’t have that car”. Seriously? You just wasted half my day. As a side note, lots of people working there were not wearing masks properly in the middle of the COViD 19 pandemic

I called in to get information about the car and spoke to someone named Brandon. I explained to him that I was interested in the car and wanted to know about any issues there might be as I would be coming from over an hour away to see it. He made clear there were no issues. I called back to double check that there was nothing I needed to know about the car. I told him I would be buying the car if everything was as he said it was but was coming from far away and wanted all the information I could get. I kept asking about any issues because the price was almost too good to believe and I was buying the car for my daughter who has just started driving. He assured me there were no issues. I told him I was on my way and he said to text him when I got there. When I got there, there was no Brandon. They said he was a phone operator not a sales person. I told the sales person what car I was there to test drive and buy. She looked up the car and said it was a loner car and that the car was not there. Last year I ran into some health issues which led to financial issues. I was in a very expensive lease that I easily could afford when I got into it. Given my financial situation I thought when my lease was up I would need to buy a car outright cash and not be able to get something even remotely comparable to my 2017 BMW. I got a letter from Conicelli saying they could help, I figured a phone call couldn't hurt. Although my options were someone limited they got me into a very comparable vehicle a 2016 Audi, low mileage and cut my monthly expense in half. I worked with Rohan and my sales rep and Vlad for the financing. Both went above and beyond to make something work for me. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone even if your an hour away. It's definitely worth the drive. Not once did I feel like I was being looked down upon given the financial troubles that I had run into.

BEWARE OF USED CARS FROM THESE GUYS If the price is too good to be true it more likely is. Purchased an 2017 Audi Q7 Prestige(Whatever you do don’t buy the same one) After first inquiring about it and running an application, I was told I had to wait a week for a component in the AC to be replaced. After patiently waiting, I was finally received the car and finished the paperwork. Day of delivery the Vehicle came with a malfunction light. I was told give it a day or two so I did. Within the two days I received another malfunction light while the other remain. Upon bringing it back I was giving a little Nissan Rogue. After a week with no resolution, I was forced to request a return on my deposit that I’m sadly still waiting for 5 business days later. Smh

All the their online prices are fake and just to attracting people. You will see the salesman will add up to the price $5000 dealer fee which is ridiculous in all over the state, $800 LoJack GPS plus $800 paper work and $320 for registration. After purchasing don’t expect them any respect. I am writing as a victim who had to sue them to get my refund on canceled extended warranty which is another way to ripping customers off. If you are not looking for any trouble just stay away from this awful place.
