My experience at Capitol VW was flawless. First I would like to point out I live about 2.5 hours away from the dealership. I was looking for a very specific car, and found a few from various sites that caught my interest. However, from my initial reach-out, I felt comfortable with the team at Capitol VW, and I knew I wanted to do business with them. They allowed me to do a Zoom meeting to see the car, and even offered to ship it to me at no additional charge. However, it was important to me to see the car in person and test drive.
