Sales reps are friendly enough, but sales managers are rude and take hard lines with customers. I set up an appointment, and the salesperson had the car ready to go on time, and was very communicative. I appreciated that. Day of testing comes, and the car is in decent but not great shape. These guys really take their time. It took 5+ hours to buy a car, cash. There is absolutely no reason we couldn't have been in and out in 1.5 hours, TOPS. They also demanded to run my credit report (resulting in a hard credit hit) when I was paying cash. Yikes. Everything here goes excruciatingly slow. Sales managers will not negotiate at all. They told me they sell over 350 used cars alone per month, so they treat you poorly and take their time with you. You're just a number here, and it shows. I can't wait to never shop here again, even though I plan on trading in this car and trading up and paying thousands more in the next 24 months. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Never again.
