DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! LISTEN, YOU ARE NOT DIFFERENT! YOUR EXPERIENCE WILL BE THE SAME. I AM IN THE AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS AND WAS LIED TO AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE WHO BUYS A CAR HERE. I purchased a 2011 Mercedes E550 and dealt directly with the owner "RIGO," and the manager JESSICA. At the time of the purchase, I stated that I required to get the vehicle inspected by a certified Mercedes mechanic before processing it. They said they I could buy the car and if there was something wrong that was not regular maintenance, that I could bring it back and they would fix it. I had it checked out at 2 different shops, Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel and Elite Motors (certified Mercedes mechanic). They both stated: 1.) Both the main and auxiliary battery needed replacement (wrong size) 2.) Rotors and brakes were extremely worn and needed replacing 3.) The car was grounding out so shocks needed to be replaced 4.) Transmission Mounts needed to be replaced 5.) An engine oil leak, so I had to replace right centrifuge cover 6.) Replace spark plugs and lines, because the engine was skipping 7.) SUSPECTED WATER DAMAGED VEHICLE DUE TO MOLD AND WATER STAINS. As promised I fixed all the regular maintenance issues (which cost me $1,976.03, but there was $2,000 dollars worth of work that needed to be fixed. I sent Rigo all of the documentation and he agreed to pay half since he believed he could get it done cheaper. I agreed, and for the next 3 months left 27 messages, called him 11 times, and called the store and spoke to Jessica 4 times. Rigo broke many promises to pay me (once even showing me a picture of $1,000 cash with a deposit slip stating the bank would not accept the payment in cash). I stated I would show up to collect the check, but he was always out or they could not process it that day for several reasons. In short, Rigo never paid me a dime and is [non-permissible content removed]. They are [non-permissible content removed] that cheat, lie, and steal. This dealership and these people are why the industry still has a bad name which steals the joy from buying a car.

My purchase was processed on December 23rd. Unfortunately, I did not receive my vehicle until January 27th. The Sales process was punctual and inefficient. However, the subsequent processes including documentation, financing, and transporting were very unprofessional and delayed. I had to make several follow up calls to confirm my next steps, and estimated completion date. No one ever reached out to let me know the third party companies experienced technical difficulties or lacked resources that the previous operator were supposed to provide. Everyone we spoke to didn't seem to care and tried to deescalate my frustration by bringing up other customers' unsatisfying experiences. Obviously this company needs to reevaluate their sales and delivery SOP's. A couple of associates also provided false information several times. If you're not sure, don't make up what you "think" the customer wants to hear. No contract or tags were delivered with the vehicle. I called to and asked for both items be sent overnight and they literally sent me the same 5x7 paper that was also taped on the front windshield. No form of reimbursement or incentive have been offered for all of the inconveniences. As a current Sales manager for a fortune 500 company, AutoNation does not value the objective of following through with the entire sales and delivery process. A sale is not completed until the product or service is delivered and the customer is satisfied. Overall, this makes me believe the team we worked with is incompetent and just doing the job to say it's done. Absolutely unacceptable! I contacted the number provided for the feedback on the sale experience and the Representative stated there is not an associate by the name of the responder. I also contacted the Concierge service who never returned my call within 24-48 hours as stated.

Dealer Review:

Went to see a car that was advertised online for $7400 when I get there although I called prior to going the car sticker price was $10,000 I discussed that and they stated I would get the car for what was advertised. I came with cash for purchase when I was given the final price after tax and all the gps equipment and other extra fees they added the car somehow still ended up 10,000 I was told the advertised price is what they purchase the car from the bank for and the sticker price is the actual price. They added on a GPS charge for $685 that they said I MUST pay taxes etc another $900 the price didn’t add up when I decided to leave they said they would work with me what was I willing to pay instated the advertised price that i saw online when the “Manager” came back they still tried to sell me the vehicle for 10,000 what was changed from the other two men who told me 10,000 NOTHING these ppl are [non-permissible content removed] buyers be ware they get you in and rip you OFF!
