Dealer Review:

Currently in negotiations with MCS. Salesman PKis very nice but then that's his job. However PK what's going to be out of the office the following day after my initial visit so when I called in to talk with them about my financing I was told by the guy who answered the phone that he would immediately pull the information on my cosigner and take it to Nubian and that I should call back and he would have all the numbers for me. On my break I did call back and had the most rude experience of my life. I was frustrated because he did not seem to know anything about it. That was not my fault. So he wants to start from scratch but first he tells me I was not approved at which is explained that I know that but I was told to get a cosigner which I did so again he tries to start over from scratch because clearly he doesn't have a clue what's going on and I don't have time to explain everything because that's what should have been done before I called so I told him that I did not feel well and he told me that maybe I needed to call back when I felt better because he didn't like my tone, the tone of a frustrated woman who has very little time to explain the entire scenario for the third time. In any event I told him that I did not need to call back when I felt better because now is when I can talk so I said he could let me speak with someone else. He said that's exactly what I should do because he's trying to help me and then he hung up the phone. When I call back the receptionist was equally as rude as if she had some personal relationship with him she explained that he was the general manager I told her how he was being rude with me and she hung up the phone so needless to say I won't be doing business with them. One thing I believe is that you need to have a good and trusting relationship with any salesman when you're talking about spending that kind of money. They don't have the only car lot in Georgia or even in Marietta for that matter. They're salesman saw me test driving a car from a different lot and asked me to come and check out their cars. I didn't go in search of them on my own. I can go back and get the other vehicle. It was cheaper it was just as nice although it did not have all the features it's not something that's going to kill me whether or not I have a backup camera and navigation. It had the main feature that I need it which was hands-free. So Marietta Motors can just hold on to that car for another 57 days.

Today was the day to pick up my car! A week ago, after just a day of discussions, Sammy and Aaron made what had been a terrible mistake I had made a couple of months ago into a WONDERFUL sales experience! And THIS during a pandemic when I was having to try and correct my mistake while sheltering in place at home. You see, I have always driven foreign vehicles and SUV's since 1999. And there have been a lot of them, just never an American car, except for my play Jeep. But, our family needed a larger vehicle and we had decided on a Navigator. In January, we went large and purchased a Navigator. Unfortunately, we didn't go large ENOUGH... We needed a Navigator L to accomplish our needs. You can imagine the pain of this realization given the depreciation that takes place the moment you drive a car off the lot. AND I didn't figure it out for over a month. Well, I had spent almost 2 weeks negotiating with the dealer I had purchased my previous vehicle from as well as EVERY OTHER Lincoln dealer in the Metro-ATL area...All not willing to help me with my problem and at the end of the day leaving me to feel as I was going to have to live with my mistake. Then Sammy called ME! And within one day we had worked out a deal for a trade that I could very definitely live with. In fact, one that I could even be excited about. And the pricing for my trade (granted it was almost new) was done site unseen. AND when I got to the dealer there was NONE of the haggling or you didn't tell us about this, etc. Just fair-mindedness, and during these dangerous times...A SAFE environment! I couldn't have asked for more. And when they needed to do some work (tinting, clear-bra, etc.) work to my new vehicle, I was immediately placed in a wonderful loaner until my new vehicle was ready. SO MUCH Better than my last experience. These guys are doing it right and have earned by service business. Yes, It's a long review, but these guys deserve it. I look forward to meeting my service adviser and working with these guys for years to come! AND I can't wait try the Pick-up and Delivery Service!!!!!

I was looking for a Dodge Avenger SXT+ or R/T. There were only 3 within my search radius. One was Black-on-Black. so that's a no-go, and one dealer had poor ratings, plus the car showed multiple accidents. Nodine was farthest away, but the car was perfect, even to my preferred color. What a lucky guy I was! Yes, because of the car, but more so because of the dealer! Nodine is a family owned/family operated company, with the highest quality inventory of used cars I have ever seen on one lot! They are very selective of their stock, and the detailing is showroom quality. It was very hard to believe odometer miles. The car looked (and drove) like brand new. The good news does not stop there. Their wonderful people are amazing. There were never any high pressure sales tactics, no bait and switch - nothing but warm, cordial , even friendly folks who were intent on seeing me satisfied. I never had to dicker on my trade-in, their honest, fair appraisal was identical to what I expected out of the car. When I had a little difficulty getting financing, Angela spent the better part of the day trying to arrange alternative financing. I ultimately had to go to my bank to get financing, 100 miles away. Nodine held the car for me to arrange my own financing, I picked the car up 4 days later, Angela, Chuck, Rusty and Priscilla all worked hard to make this happen for me. In 45 years of buying cars,this was the friendliest, most honest, best automotive transaction I have ever had. It was worth the hundred mile drive to do business with these wonderful people!
