Went to buy a Volvo from O'Brien Volvo and was ignored when I walked in. So I went outside and started looking over the inventory myself; finally, someone came out and asked if I could be helped. I asked two questions: 1) when will your 2021 S60 T6-R arrive? 2) run some ballpark figures on the 2020 S6 T5 in stock for a 36 month lease. Those two questions took two hours to get answered. After not being impressed with that experience, I walked next door to Lexus of Tacoma... a complete 180 experience - I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door being asked how I could be helped. Everyone was dressed in suite and tie and well groomed. My salesman, Alex, introduced himself and extended hospitalities to make sure I was comfortable.
