They said they performed such service to make the car have the "quality standard of a new car." Since it was my first time to buy a car and they sell certified preowned cars, I trusted them and believed them. For the long story short, I got my car inspected by an independent inspection shop. There many things to get replaced or fixed, but the thickness of brake pedals is not the "quality standard of a new car" as they promised. The rear brake pedals at 3/32 inches while new brake pedals are 1/2 inches. I wonder why KIA brand management team allows such practice. Because they told me that this car has the quality standard of a new car, I thought that all KIA cars are like this - noise some brakes and vibration during driving. This dealership misrepresents the brand image of KIA.

We made the mistake of buying a used 2013 Nissan Rogue from Koons in late December 2019. Last week we discovered the air conditioning doesn't work and will cost over $900 to repair. Koons refuses to cover the repair. Both me and my wife are registered nurses. My wife works in infection prevention at an area nursing home and uses the care to get to and from work. We didn't use the air conditioner between now and when we bought it because it was, you know, winter. We made the mistake of trusting Koons that they had done a proper inspection prior to selling us the car. My wife has been insanely busy everyday trying to save the lives of her residents and prevent the spread of COVID-19. She started her job in January, right before the outbreak hit, and was very busy from her first day. This is one reason why we didn't have time to get the car looked at by our mechanic within the 30 day 1000 mile window. I explained this to the staff at Koons, but they did not care. Don't make the same mistake we did. Stay away from Koons Toyota and all Koons dealerships. They are dishonest and heartless and don't care at all about essential healthcare heroes like my wife.

Not particular happy at all with the treatment we (my wife and I ) received. I was the buyer with the assistance of my wife. I would not refer anyone to this company under the current practices used to sell cars. The advertisement is inviting , but the actual experience is totally different once there in person with the sales representatives. This is my feeling based on how we were perceived and treated as an African American customer. The sales persons seemed to be on script and not able to work with customers on an individuals basis. We were not given any options to other vehicles in stock whether a specific type of vehicle used, or new, or color specific based on what we could choose from. We don't like the fact that we were type cast into not being able to afford or deserved what we wanted. We were told by sales person specifically "Demetri" that we were not shown any other vehicles because "we don't want you to fall in love with something you can't afford". I felt the Company sale person(s) and Finance officers was arrogant, insensitive, and showed some racial under tones. We felt they only showed us what they wanted us to have or what they thought we could afford or what the company wanted to get rid of. I felt pressured and disrespected. We spoke to two sales persons before we made the deal. The dealer remorse option is unreasonable and unrealistic when making any vehicle purchase. We noticed afterwards that parts we want for the vehicle was rolled into our car payment without our knowledge or permission. The car buying experience is very stressful. Your tactics to sell cars are not in the best interest or well being of the customer(s).
