We had searched differed Honda dealership from San Diego to Hermosa that’s going to work with our budget for a leased red civic. Most of the locations we called were way over our budget and at 5PM we were ready to give up and head home to SD. Told my husband to check out one last location which was LAX. We got there passed 6:30PM and Karollos was amazing from step one, welcoming us, up to a point of finding a way to make it happen. He was warm, not your usual pushy sales guy. Just very accommodating. In the end, he made it happen for us. I had the great pleasure of working with Shauna S. and Devon F. in test driving a couple cars and then finally purchasing one. I had a terrible experience with the Toyota dealership and, honestly, had almost resigned myself to buying a car through Carmax just so I wouldn't have to deal with irritating salespeople. Shauna and Devon WILL NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Seriously. I had zero time to spare, knew exactly what I wanted to try, had very specific questions and, when I was ready to buy, I was ready to buy.
