All the others required me to call them to get the information included in the Huggins email to make an accurate comparison of the price. In the end it didn't matter because after all the calls were in Huggins had the best price. When we arrived at Huggins, we test drove the car we were buying, approved it, paid for it, had a short wait while the service department gave it a final tech check, washed and cleaned it and we were on our way. I emailed on a Monday trying to see a car that day. Used car manager suggested we schedule time the next day. I drove 40 minutes to get there at the appointed time only to be told an employee took the car. Sales manager asked if he could show us any other vehicles, I told him we were only interested in the one. Sales manager suggested we should go to lunch and he would call me when the car returned. My wife and I went to lunch, recieved no call and could not get in touch with the sales manager when we tried to call so we returned home. I emailed the sales manager that evening asking if we could try again and recieved a response saying the employee who took the car during the time I had scheduled purchased it. I'm not sure if this was just a bait and switch or just poor treatment of potential customer. Either way, they have permanently lost a customer.
