DO NOT buy or lease with Mercedes Benz of Valencia!   I have been a LOYAL Mercedes Benz owner for 22+ years with purchasing the brand new G500 (2002 & 2005), E class and 2017 AMG that’s six (6) Mercedes Benz over the years.  My most recent Mercedes was a 2017 AMG leased at Mercedes Benz of Valencia. Upon lease return I found out that they misrepresented me on the original lease and how it was presented to me and the way in was dishonestly presented in the lease agreement.  I contacted management at the dealership, reminding them I am a local business owner in Santa Clarita and a faithful Mercedes owner.  After nearly half dozen attempts to resolve nothing. I resorted to over a dozen calls, emails and even three letters of evidence sent to Mercedes Benz Financial Services, nothing.  I even asked as an accommodation, during COVID perhaps they would waive the $595.00 Vehicle Turn in Fee.  They wouldn’t even do that. So much for customer service. Furthermore, I returned the AMG in impeccable condition with under 15,000 miles allowed, brand new brakes, all brand new run-flat tires, and a year worth of expensive DMV registration. Did they care to reimburse or rectify the issue? Nope. Waive the $595.00 Vehicle Turn in Fee? Nope. They lost a customer for life.  One star because some folks are nice and the place is spotless. DO NOT TRUST MERCEDES BENZ OF VALENCIA.

I purchased a used VW Tiguan from this dealership for my daughter and it was the worst car buying experience of my life. Issue 1- Financing: I came in with pre-approved for a loan from Bank of America who is a lender in their network and specifically asked that they not run my credit as I am in the middle of re-financing my home. The salesman said no problem and confirmed and confirmed the documents I gave were enough to draw up the finance agreements. Well… The first thing they did was run my credit. I should have run away then. Issue 2-Used car sales tactics: The salesman insisted he go on the test drive with my daughter, so I opted out due to the pandemic which was a big mistake on my end. Initially, I noticed the car smelled like perfume, but I thought it recently detailed and gave it no thought. I later come to find out that this is a tactic dealership’s use to mask a smoker’s car. After a few days, the cigarette smell becomes so strong that I had to have (3) ozone treatments and the interior scrubbed down just to make the car tolerable drive. Issue 3: The car was missing parts and advertised items. When we got the car home and we saw it was missing the plastic engine cover, floor mats and a rear trunk cover (the mats and rear cover where in the advertisement for the car). The sales manager Mansour Ali refused to supply the floor mats and rear cover but said he would send me a new engine cover. Well it's been (3) weeks and I am done begging him for the cover. I blame myself for letting my guard down.

(A 2018 Pilot EX).The salesman (Damion) assured us that the Internet price was accurate and the car was as described. We took the test drive, accompanied by a different salesman (Alfredo). During the test drive he asked if we were aware of the dealer installed option package on this car. We were not. We decided not to purchase the car because of the excessive cost of the dealer installed options that were apparently not negotiable or removable. We felt like we had been misled by the first salesman’s telephone representation and decided against buying the vehicle because it added almost $2000 to the price.
