I purchased a 2011 Mercedes E550 and dealt directly with the owner "RIGO," and the manager JESSICA. At the time of the purchase, I stated that I required to get the vehicle inspected by a certified Mercedes mechanic before processing it. They said they I could buy the car and if there was something wrong that was not regular maintenance, that I could bring it back and they would fix it. I had it checked out at 2 different shops, Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel and Elite Motors (certified Mercedes mechanic). They both stated: 1.) Both the main and auxiliary battery needed replacement (wrong size) 2.) Rotors and brakes were extremely worn and needed replacing 3.) The car was grounding out so shocks needed to be replaced 4.) I stated I would show up to collect the check, but he was always out or they could not process it that day for several reasons. I would have given ZERO stars if I could, as I'm having very bad experience with them. I traded in my truck for another. One month later, my old truck got a parking ticket. They were responsible for it, but did not pay for it. The ticket was mailed to me, and I tried to talk to the dealer about it, but they wouldn't pay for it. They told me to go to DMV. I did, and DMV isn't responsible for contesting a ticket. They said to go to parking violation bureau. I did, and they said to call a phone number. I called that number, and they said I have to pay for it even though I sent them multiple letters saying I had already released my old truck at the time. Now my outstanding citation went from $80 to almost $200. If you do business with people who cant be responsible for anything, even if they're at fault, you're screwed. David is fraudulent. Don't go to that dealer, even if you're just delivering pizza.
