Terrible experience. My wife (who is handicapped) and I were going to buy VW gti. The check engine light was on, so they told me to take it and have the codes read. The turbo was going out. I called the vw dealership and they told me absolutely do not buy this car! The deal was drive it home, if you like it we'll bring the documents to finalize the sale; if not we will pick it up and bring it back. My wife called and said we were not interested in purchasing this vehicle. Ladies Do not do business here. My wife is handicapped. The sales manager met her. The sales manager did everything possible to do Nothing they said they would do. Repeatedly trying to weasel out of the agreement. He was rude and condescending to my lady (sweet as sugar to me) They will sell you scrap. Don't do business here. When they finally did come to retrieve the vehicle and I did tell him how I felt about how he treated my wife. I thought you respected women in TX, especially disabled ones. The salesman W. F. seemed like a stand up guy. He needs to find some better folks to work for. So Mr. F thank you for your help, and good luck in the future. And of course they pressured me for a 5* review when I walked in the door.
