Dealer Review:

All car max dealers seem the same - an army of on-line bots and boiler room phone people. I did find several cars I like, one at the Raleigh, NC store and one at the Winston-Salem, NC store. My bad experience with both was the same. I have cash to buy and a trade in but can't access a human at the sales site to get information via e-mail. I'm hard of hearing and can't do the phone, and when my wife tried to explain that to a person she finally got on the phone, they actually laughed at her. So, I've blocked car max in my vehicle searches permanently and took the time to document my experience. There are plenty of dealers out there that will work with you honestly and in a helpful way.
