I ordered a Maverick a year ago. I just took delivery a couple weeks ago. One complaint is that for the last year the dealership never contacted me. I’d text my sales guy every other month and he never an update. Never got correspondence from Ford with build date or anything like that. I was very surprised to get a call out of the blue that my truck was at the dealership! The actual purchasing process was very smooth and they were very easy to work with. No hidden costs or fees. Price I paid for the truck was exactly the same as what was stated on the order from back in Jan of 22.
