I don’t usually pay attention to bad reviews, I like to form my own opinion. But this place should be named The worse way to wholesale autos. I walked in Jan. 25 2021 looking to trade in for an AWD car for my family. Walked in, was greeted poorly with the most unbothered “how can I help you?” in my entire life. I get better from the drive thru lady at McDonald’s. Guy didn’t even offer me a seat in which I was confused if I should take a seat or not, so I seat myself, no big deal. I told him my desired car and what I have to trade in. He gives my keys to his “manager” and sat back down like I wasn’t even there, to just continue to laugh at Facebook videos, pick at his cuticles on his desk with his nail clippers (gross) and had his mask hanging of his chin while sniffling & wiping his nose with his fingers while I’m sitting across his desk with the most awkward silence ever. Not to mention we’re still in the middle of a pandemic and there’s literally associates walking around with no mask or masks hanging off their ears. Hate to be the “wear your mask” person but my wife literally saw someone decline a test drive because the associate riding along said he didn’t have a mask. I even heard employees word for word ask each other about W2 forms like they don’t have customers sitting right in front of them. I can not make this up. I snatched up my keys and walked out of there not looking back. If this place carried itself with more dignity & their employees showed some respect for their customers or at least themselves and at least dressed like a car salesman instead of garbage man they’d be more successful. Just.. don’t.

Matt Haiken, Chris Mazzeo, and Luis Nieves are the most horrific humans to deal with when purchasing a car. They are deceitful, vague, and non responsive in order to cheat you out of every penny. DO NOT USE PRESTIGE VOLVO. I spent $27,975.34 (bought at sticker price) on a pre-owned 2016 Volvo S60 Inscription T5 Drive-E Premier. The issue was when I drove off the lot and did not spot a small crack in the bottom middle of the windshield and two dents on the hood. Shame on me for missing that. I texted Luis a few hours after leaving the lot with pictures of what I found. He said he would talk to his manager and see what he could do. This all happened on a Tuesday. I stopped by on a Saturday unannounced and Luis was not there and of course that gem of a General Manager Chris Mazzeo was too busy to help. One of the business managers helped me out and said they would repair the windshield as he was a safety issue but he had to check with the manager or owner about the dents. This is when the real issues began. Luis all of a sudden did not respond to by texts or emails until I wrote an email that I was disappointed. When he responded it was vague and not helpful. I then emailed the President, Matthew Haiken, who certainly is not deserving of that title. He pushed the email to Chris Mazzeo since, Matt was conveniently out of the country. A few weeks later as of Friday, June 6th, he was still out of the country as I was told by Luis. This has caused much unneeded aggravation and nothing has been solved. I was willing to take off this Tuesday, June 11th, and drop the car off per the email chain below. Why even bother and waste my vacation time as Matt can not even respond back to a simple email. Mind you, I do not live close to the dealership. They will just continue to give me the runaround over a couple hundred dollars. This was the first car I bought in 20 years. Such a shame. Bottom line, don’t use Prestige Volvo, it is anything but Prestigious.

I am writing this review with disappointment, frustration and regret. On my Birthday December 24, 2020 after weeks of searching for a Yukon XL I located one at your dealership. I spoke with Andrew who was and has been very helpful and professional throughout this whole process. I was told there one dent on the car and that other than that it was clean and nothing wrong with it. I drove 2 hours to get it.  Upon arrival I looked at the truck and noticed more than just the dent the truck had been hit in the rear and had several dings thru out the vehicle. I brought it to Andrew's attention and they took money off for it. It was raining that day so I didn't open the sunroof. After Christmas the weather cleared and I tried to open the sunroof it would not open only vent and makes a noise like air is coming thru so it will not close properly I also when to use the DVD player for my kids to find that it was also broken. I texted Andrew to inform him of the issues and he told me to take it to a GMC dealership. The dealership to my surprise informed me that the sunroof can not be fixed by them and that it is aftermarket and so are the heated seats and the DVD player. I informed Andrew and let him know that I did not want a Yukon that does not have factory features. He said he would get me another Yukon and to bring the truck to get looked at your dealership. On jan 25 2020 I drive another 2 hours took it back to your dealership for them to to fix the sunroof and it still did not close sealed. 3 days later while driving it the transmission went out while I was driving on the highway. I contacted Andrew to ask where to have it towed and he said to a GMC dealership. The GMC dealership said that the transmission needs to be replaced. Since then there has been no sense of urgency?? . I have not had a vehicle for going on a 3 weeks. I have work and kids that I need the vehicle for. I paid over $30,000k for a vehicle that had had issues from the start non functional sunroof...aftermarket heated seats and dvd player ... extra damage and now the transmission!!!. I reached out to the sales manager and blew me off and said "you brought a used vehicle"

I visited couple of other dealerships around and was not really happy in the way they dealt with my requests or with the offers. Bill Gallagher was the sales representative who helped us with my New car. He was very understanding and made sure that we were comfortable with the decision on the car.
