Don't buy from this dealership. They are very tricky. I communicated with their sales people via text, all on records. The otd price they showed me is $27,450. I looked and asked abt $995. They responded back that if they take that off, do we have a deal? Then I responded back saying $26,000 and we have a deal. Guess what? They started to run my credit application. And when I called and talked more abt the results, the manager mentioned the price is $28,000 because they have to pay $2,000 bank fee to get approved. I was like "so i have to eat that $2,000?" - i was under assumption that its the deal $26,000 thats why dealership started to run application for finance approval. They said no, the OTD is $27,450. DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I’m out of state and we started the conversation on a Friday. Multiple phone calls and texts about my (2) picks of Ram trucks. Both available as always, I’d say, with shady dealers. Saturday morning: few more texts to confirm that we’re on the way and the arrival approximate time. More confirmations that the truck are still available. We got there and we spoke with the guy that was recommended to go to, not the same person we were communicating with up to that point. Looked around ourself since nobody could help, none of the two truck were on that lot. Nobody could give explanations, it was like nobody there was giving a crap or wanted to sell anything, mush less about the customers time. Not even sure if this was plain incompetence or that they hold customers in low regard.. After all that travel and time wasted, none offered any explanation at all. Honestly, most dealers around that area seem to be shady. I would avoid VA dealers along 95 in entirety... And I’ll do just that, kept giving them benefits of the doubt but no more. Stay away!

I enjoyed my experience with country chevy. Kirk Hughes made buying a truck easy and I would not hesitate to make the 14hr round trip to buy another vehicle. I was a little nervous about driving that far to get a truck but to my surprise there were no games or gimmicks. My truck was waiting out front for me gassed up and clean. Kirk was ready to take me for a test ride and the paperwork was easy. Everyone was very accommodating as I had my 12 yr old dog with me which was not an issue. Go ahead and believe that the price they list is a good deal. When you get there, they will tell you it's the price if you give them $5-7K on top of the price. They'll say "that's the price with 20% down", they'll work up the paperwork and guess what? The car is their internet price + another 20-30%. Actual example: They listed the car as $23K, I offered 50% down and will finance $11.5K +fees, taxes, etc. and they come over with a $461 per month payment for 72 months (I have great credit btw). I do the math and realize that's over $43K for the car when done, financing over $33K (remember, I only needed to finance $11.5K, so their "fees" include somewhere in the neighborhood of over $10K). Do the math, even at 10% interest for a loan, they're burying money and screwing you. How in the hell is that not a scam? They will only throw the monthly price at you to see if you fall for it. Do not buy from these people. If you don't believe me, just ask them, they readily admit their ads are false and that they lie, the paperwork will prove it. Please do your math when you're there, it's a scam.
