Very unethical. All kinds of fees. Look very carefully at both your loan and sales contract. If they told you that you must bank with their bank for a certain amount of time, like six months or else they will bill you extra, contact NYS Attorney Generals office for Suffolk County. Don't pay Doc Fee. Don't buy any extended warranty. Don't pay VSI. All are money makers for dealer and do nothing for you. Don't buy a car from here. Nothing is above board here. They operate by deception because if the light was shined on all of the real costs they would not be competitive.
