Having worked in a car dealership, I know the typical car sales questions and pitch process. From the very beginning, we got NONE of that. We showed up on the lot and were met by Aaron Boggs. We were looking for a used Subaru Ascent we saw online and we told him what vehicle we were interested in. We saw the car, so while he was getting the keys, we walked to the car and started looking at it. While we were standing there, he started the Ascent (remote start) and unlocked the door so we got inside and started looking. He got in the back seat and talked about a couple of things and we decided to go for a test drive. Aaron was so laid back. He answered questions, talked about the features, told a few stories, and we all were laughing. After the test drive, we told him we would take it, and he filled out some information, went to get the VIN off the car we were trading in, and in a few minutes, they came back with an offer sheet that included a payment. I signed, and we were off. It was the most un-car-buying-process process I have ever been apart of. The price was right, they gave me what I wanted for my trade in and the payment was lower than I ever expected. No haggling. Nothing. I drove 170 miles/3hours from out of state to purchase a used car that they had no pictures of on carfax, because they wouldn't receive the trade in till they delivered the special order new car at a later date. The communication this dealership does is incredible. From my inquiry, all the way till months after my purchase to make sure I was happy. Melissa Wadley was a fantastic Client Advisor. She described to me exactly what the trade in I was interested in, had and didn't have, and what to expect. I punched in my trade in into carfax, and it auto did a cash value they would pay. I communicated with them, they had me send pics and vin to them. They gave me a very reasonable offer, pending them visually inspecting it. The entire process was done via text and phone calls, pending my inspection of the car. Got to the dealership an hour before the trade in I wanted to purchase, was to arrive. They inspected my trade in and agreed on the price we talked about. I inspected the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and it was all that Melissa said it was. The deal was signed, sealed, and delivered with no issues or price changes. They even sent 2 overnight letters after I purchased the vehicle. The 2nd one with copies of the tracking # and paperwork sent to my out of state DMV, so I knew when they got it and could go down to get it, and add my wife to the title. This dealership is awesome. The integrity of Melissa and those I communicated with was spot on. I will travel the 170 miles again on my next purchase.

I came to the dealership mid-January just to look at and perhaps drive a Durango. I was in no way set on one and had only been looking for a new vehicle for about a week. I came in half an hour before closing time on a Saturday night. I was greeted like they had all the time in the world and not like they were trying to get ready to close and i was in the way. J Scott took me for a test drive on a beautiful 2018 Durango and I loved it. I told him my husband and I would talk it over and get back to them on Monday. First thing Monday morning I was on the phone with my bank asking about financing. I qualified and called J. He said the car was still there and mine.... so we did everything via phone and email as I was at work.
