When you arrive at the dealership they will charge at least $1000 more (pay attention to the $995 on the paperwork that they don't voluntarily disclose) than what is advertised on a used vehicle and who knows how much more on a new vehicle. Even the Sales Manager is in on the game. He comes out and discredits the salesperson and says he didn't agree to what the salesperson says that he could remove the $995 package fee and that the salesperson's language barrier may confuse some customers. He made this derogatory comment right in front of the salesperson. I have no time for games and deceptive practices. Who puts a bunch of hidden dealer add ons on to the price of a used vehicle? Paint protection on a car that already has scratches and swirls. Nitrogen in tires. The air is 78% nitrogen. I guess we all should be charged for that. Vin theft stickers in case someone steals and dismantles your car. These add ons they are charging for say a lot about the dealership. In addition, any add ons should be negotiated with the original owner or better yet not charged extra at all because they are done for the purpose of collecting hidden fees from customers. On a used vehicle they are making 2nd and 3rd owners pay for these same add ons an additional time because they were added when the car was new. This car had more than one previous owner. Quit making customers have to come into your dealership to have to deal with your Fine Print fees. Customers spending their time haggling over these Add On costs at the dealer's attempt to distract you from negotiating a lower price on the actual price of the car. We were ready to buy the car but were not paying for these deceptive add ons and the sales manager said if we didn't want to pay for the add ons that we don't have to buy a car from them so we didn't. Shameful practices and too much of a waste of time for the buyer.

Went to see a car that was advertised online for $7400 when I get there although I called prior to going the car sticker price was $10,000 I discussed that and they stated I would get the car for what was advertised. I came with cash for purchase when I was given the final price after tax and all the gps equipment and other extra fees they added the car somehow still ended up 10,000 I was told the advertised price is what they purchase the car from the bank for and the sticker price is the actual price. They added on a GPS charge for $685 that they said I MUST pay taxes etc another $900 the price didn’t add up when I decided to leave they said they would work with me what was I willing to pay instated the advertised price that i saw online when the “Manager” came back they still tried to sell me the vehicle for 10,000 what was changed from the other two men who told me 10,000 NOTHING these ppl are [non-permissible content removed] buyers be ware they get you in and rip you OFF!

We were on the Mercedes Benz Sales lot for less than five minutes and Farshad asked if we had been helped, we replied "No". He proceeded to ask how he could help us. We were looking for a 2020 or 2021 GLA 250, whichever one has the right pricing. Well we drive away in a 2021 MB GLA250 with 16 milies on it. Farshad had a lot of patience with us, my husband, daughter and myself. He let us test drive whatever cars we wanted and he made the deal happen.
